Self-isolated Tomb Raider fans now have two more ways to stay entertained with two free games for iOS and Android. From now until April 2, users can pick up both Lara Croft GO and Monument Valley 2 for free.
Lara Croft GO is a great adaptation of the long-running series of games, placing the iconic character into a turn-based puzzle adventure game. Unlike most other games in the series, the design of Lara Croft GO is far more colorful and brighter, which is a good look for a mobile title.
Monument Valley 2 is quite similar in theme but without the same action and fear of death. Players work through a series of mazes with an isometric view, guiding a character named Ro towards the goal while dealing with a range of puzzles, optical illusions, and impossible objects. This sequel does the original game proud and expands on the narrative structures that were largely absent in the first game.
Now is the time to head over to the App store or Google Play store and pick up both games free of charge until April 2. Both games are great additions to and mobile game library and offer a great break with their creative use of puzzle solving mechanics.
