After a long wait, you can finally create witches in The Sims 4. The Realm of Magic game pack has given us spellcasters and now you can cast spells, mix potions, acquire curses and live your best witch life. However, not every aspect of witches is covered. As with any pack, there are some gaps but CC creators are here to fill them in.
From outfits to enterprises, these are our picks for the very best witch focused CC creations. Look good, learn spells, accessorize well and be the best witch you can. It’s time to grab your familiar and check out this selection of the best witch CC.
Updated November 27th, 2020 By Helen Ashcroft: It’s now just over a year since Realm of Magic was released and playing as a spellcaster is still an awesome experience. However, over the last year we’ve not had any more DLC that expands our selection of gothic clothing.
This year we’ve had Tiny Living Stuff, Nifty Knitting Stuff, Eco Lifestyle, Journey To Batuu and most recently Snowy Escape add more to The Sims 4. However, while we can’t deny the themes are eclectic, none of them have filled our need for witchy goodness. So, once again, we turn to the talented CC community to find even more magical custom content.
15 Sabrina Shelves And Accessories By Soloriga
This CC set comprises the Sabrina shelving set and the Sabrina accessory set. Both were created by Soloriga and they are designed to compliment each other. The shelves contain slots for the accessories to go.
The accessories set itself includes various potions, bottles and jars as well as a wand on a cushion, a crystal ball and a small cauldron. There are also a few mystical looking books. These sets are sure to add an authentic touch to any witch’s home.
14 Enchanting Accessories By Dan Sims Fantasy
This enchanting accessory set by Dan Sims Fantasy gives your witch the chance to accessorize in style with their very own staff, cloak, gloves, hat and potion carrier.
While the fashion for witches in Realm of Magic isn’t the worst, it is lacking in accessories so this CC is very welcome. Every witch needs some magical enhancements in their look.
13 Realm Of Magic Flooring Recolor By Teknikah
The flooring in Realm of Magic is beautiful but the swatches are limited. However, TSR creator Teknikah is here to help with these floor recolors.
The swatches add nine extra plain versions of the flooring and each one also has a complimentary patterned version. These can be mixed and matched to create a unique looking floor that’s fully Maxis Match.
12 Various Tattoos By Sugar Owl
If you want some mystical tattoos then Sugar Owl is a TSR creator to watch. The set pictured above is the Witchy Witch set, created for Simbraleen 2020. It includes witches, pentagons and even familiars.
If you’d prefer something that is more nature themed then you can also find deer and rose tattoos in the enchanted tattoo set and some other woodland creatures and mystical symbols in the sacred forest set.
11 Magic Eyes By Bakalia
For an extra mystical and otherworldy look these eyes from Bakalia offer three different styles. There are cloudy eyes, as well as two designs of sparkling pupils.
All three styles come with seven different colors, meaning your witch can be customized for chaos. Make sure they look every bit as spellbinding as you desire with magic eyes.
10 Witch Nose & Chin Presets By Ice Cream For Breakfast
The first step to successful witchcraft is being able to look the part. If you want to take a leaf out of the stereotypical witch’s handbook then this nose & chin preset from Ice Cream For Breakfast is the place to start.
Head over to Tumblr to get the full details and soon your witch will be ready to rock the hooked nose and pointed chin you always wanted.
9 Bad Witch Set By Grimcookies
Every witch, both good and bad, needs a great hat and one of the greatest we’ve found is this simple but effective creation by Grimcookies. You’ll find it on his Website, alongside a bad witch lace dress.
This hat proves that you don’t need to be fussy to produce something that is practical, functional and fun. Grab your broom and don’t forget to download this witches hat.
8 Raven Set By BlahBerry-Pancake
If your witch is more of an earth witch than a storybook witch, then this Raven accessory set by Blahberry-Pancake is worth checking out.
It contains a nature-themed horn headdress, earrings, and necklace that are all available in a variety of complimentary swatches. For nature-loving witches, you can find the download links over on Tumblr.
7 Medusa Dress By Renora Sims
It’s no good having accessories if you don’t have a gown to go with them. This Medusa dress by Renora Sims is perfect for those seeking a beautiful flowing gown to cast spells in.
You can download the detailed dress from Tumblr, where you’ll also see the alternative swatches in more detail. There are plain colors and two-tone options, giving you a large range of choices from traditional black to vibrant yellow.
6 Lilith Eyeshadow & Facial Tattoos By LadySimmer
Unfortunately strong and wearable makeup isn’t a strong point of Sims 4 but that’s where CC is here to help. This bold and beautiful eyeshadow comes in 4 shades and also includes 4 tiny occult-themed facial tattoos.
The makeup is usable on teens to elders but is especially great on a gothic-looking teenage witch. You can find further details of the tattoos as well as download links over on Tumblr.
5 Witch Store Signs By Talia
While we have mainly focused on the look we couldn’t resist including these custom signs for a witch store. Every witch needs simoleons and what better way than to start your own potion store?
These cute custom signs are perfect for a witch setting up shop in order to make some money from her magical skills. Talia has also created a huge amount of books and other witchy CC so make sure you take a good look at Tumblr for details.
4 Nature Horns By Feral Poodles
Not everyone wants to be a “stereotypical witch” there are those who believe in going above and beyond as spellcasters, drawing inspiration from mythology as well as the story of Maleficent.
If you’re a spellcaster who wants to live life differently then these horns are perfect. The first set are very Maleficent like, while the nature styled ones evoke images of rams and other animals. Both are available over on Tumblr.
3 Hex Dress By LlazyNeiph
Before you can be a grown-up witch you have to actually grow up. These last few pieces are specifically for younger spellcasters, age groups which were neglected in the pack. Just because spellcasters don’t come into their powers until they are older doesn’t mean they can’t look the part.
This hex dress is perfect for younger sims. It’s mystical without being over the top and the style fits well with other items in the game. The mesh is slightly complex so make sure you read the details over on Tumblr.
2 Cowberry Hat By Saurus
You can’t tell me that these witchy toddlers aren’t the cutest thing you’ve ever seen? Kids love to dress like mom and Saurus has made sure they can by redesigning her cowberry hat to fit on kids and toddlers.
Now all ages can choose from the huge range of swatches to find a hat for every occasion. Even toddlers can look like real spellcasters with this beautiful witches hat, available free on Patreon.
1 Pufferhead Stuff By Mlys Makes
This pack makes almost every magic-themed CC list and you only need to take a look at Mlys Makes’ Website to see why.
Based on the Henry Puffer poster in the base game, this pack contains everything a budding young witch or wizard needs in order to immerse themselves in magic. An entirely fan-created full stuff pack, this is one download you’ll be overwhelmed by, in a good way.
