In a continued effort to help alleviate those affected by the coronavirus, Rockstar Games has pledged to donate a portion of its revenue from Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online from now until the end of May. This means that 5% of any purchase made in either game will go towards  COVID-19 relief efforts for the next few months.

The company released a statement on Twitter, explaining that Rockstar values its online community and wants to do everything it can to support people in need at this time. The donation will go towards small businesses and communities that have been affected by the virus, and will also support various organizations that are working to provide relief.

So if you’re looking to play some good online multiplayer games and want to support a great cause at the same time, look no further than GTA and Red Dead Online. With tons of cosmetic items, vehicles, properties, and businesses, each game comes with hours of entertainment and loads of things to spend your money on.

Rockstar is yet another gaming publisher that has made an effort to help those affected by this pandemic. In a time as uncertain as today, it’s reassuring to know that the gaming community has each other’s backs. We can get through this together!
