Psyonix is teaming up with Lamborghini to add the Huracan STO to Rocket League’s growing roster of vehicles. The supercar will be available for purchase between April 21 and April 27.
The Huracan STO Bundle can be found in the Item Shop and retails for 2000 Credits. Inside the bundle you’ll find the following items:
- Huracan STO Vehicle Huracan STO Engine Audio Two Sets of Huracan STO Wheels Huracan STO Decal Huracan STO Player Banner Huracan STO Antennae Lamborghini Antennae
If you’re not interested in purchasing any Lambo gear, you can still take advantage of the free Lamborghini Player Banner that will be made available on April 21.
“Lamborghini will also be the title sponsor for the RLCS X Lamborghini Open, which will be the RLCS X’s final North American Regional of the Spring Split,” reads the announcement. “In addition, Psyonix and Lamborghini are introducing the Battle of the Bulls, a new competitive event starring some of the best Rocket League players in the world competing in 1v1 matchups. The event will be a series of five 1v1 matchups featured during the RLCS X Lamborghini Open, with winning players receiving $5,000 and losing players receiving $1,000 for each match.”
The competition can be viewed live on Twitch from April 23 to April 25. Then, on April 26, you can check out a “cinematic video” that will pull together highlights from the event.
Season 3 arrived in Rocket League earlier this month, bringing with it a new vehicle, arena, and Rocket Pass to work through. We also learned about Rocket League Sideswipe – an upcoming mobile game that adds a 2D twist to the Rocket League formula. Sideswipe is expected to arrive by the end of 2021, although news has been scarce since its announcement at the end of March.
While we wait to learn more about Sideswipe, the new Lambo bundle and Season 3 should be more than enough to keep you busy.
