With Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath hitting digital platforms tomorrow, developer NetherRealm Studios is revealing new footage to hype players up for the DLC expansion. In a post shared by industry pundit Geoff Keighley, we get a glimpse at guest character Robocop’s “Friendship” finisher and…words can’t do it justice.

If you’d like to avoid spoilers, don’t hit play on the video below.

I’m honestly surprised at how well Robocop can move. With graphical technology becoming more photorealistic by the day, it’s so bizarre to see a digitized version of Peter Weller popping and locking like a street dancer. I wonder what he thinks of the finisher?

While Robocop will be a paid DLC character included with the Aftermath expansion, all of the original characters will receive Friendships for free in tomorrow’s update. We’ve barely scratched the surface of what everyone has, so it should be fun discovering these humorous finishers. The few we have seen are pretty spectacular.

As for what else is in store with Mortal Kombat 11, who can really say? Aftermath was a pretty big surprise since past NetherRealm titles never received campaign content. It is doubtful that 11 will see another add-on after this, but there’s still the question of which new characters are coming. We can only pray that Evil Dead’s Ash Williams makes the cut.
