Risk of Rain 2, the surprise hit by Hopoo Games, is filled with plenty of enemies to shoot and secrets to find. While players are wandering the Abandoned Aqueduct searching for the Teleporter, they may have stumbled upon one of the more well-hidden secrets of the level: the hidden chamber. To earn the “Death Do Us Part” achievement, players will need to pop open the hidden chamber and clear it out, but getting through the door can be a bit of a challenge if they do not know what to do....

Schitt’s Creek is a perfect gem of a show, in six seasons. A warm, slow burn delight which sees a wealthy family lose their riches and have to relocate to a motel in the titular small town, part of its charm is how the characters – who often seem like terrible people at first glance – are allowed to grow and change as the show progresses. One major character from the first two seasons, though, is something of an exception....

A new comparison video for the upcoming remake of Shadow of the Colossus has been released, showing footage side-by-side from the original PS2 release, the version remastered for the PS3, and this new remake of the game for the PS4. The footage highlights just how much of a step forward this version is from both of its predecessors. The Shadow of the Colossus comparison footage was released on YouTube following the PSX 2017 live-stream event, where Sony developers showed off almost 15 minutes of gameplay from the upcoming title while discussing changes to the game....

Twitch megastar Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek streamed the Microsoft E3 Press Conference today on his personal Twitch channel so that his throngs of adoring fans would have front row seats to his first impressions on all the game and hardware reveals that Microsoft prepared for us this year. Bethesda Game Studios’ Skyrim: Special Edition currently has 65 different mods for its Xbox One version, while its PlayStation 4 iteration only has 10 so far. Although Skyrim: Special Edition won’t officially be released until this Friday, October 28, 2016, its developer, Bethesda Game Studios, has already begun accepting console mod submissions for the forthcoming remastered version to one of the most popular fantasy-RPG titles of all time. However, it seems as if the company has a lot more mods for Skyrim: Special Edition’s Xbox One iteration than its PlayStation 4 version....

Ever since the debut title on the N64 Super Smash Brothers has been a growing collection of all the most iconic (as well as a number of more obscure) characters across gaming. What started out as a celebration of Nintendo characters has only expanded through later releases to include characters from dozens of other developers and franchises. It’s pretty well-known that a live action movie of Sonic the Hedgehog is set to hit theaters later this year, but many are not excited about a few of the design choices. In fact, attributed creator of Sonic the Hedgehog Yuji Naka has even expressed his dissatisfaction with the design of the Blue Blur. It’s uncertain how this will be taken by fans, but there has also recently been a leak showcasing Sonic running....

The PS3 had a bit a troubled launch, thanks to unit shortages and the fact that Sony’s $599 system launched almost a year later than the Xbox 360. For the next generation, Sony plans to do differently, learning from the PS3 launch and revealing that they don’t plan to launch their next console later than the competition. Giving the Xbox 360 a year head start spelled trouble for the electronics giant, as the PS3 struggled at first to compete against a system with a relatively large install base....

Demon’s Souls was arguably the sleeper hit of 2009. The brutal title was well received by gamer’s and critics, however, prior to its launch, Sony did not expect the title to preform well. Sony’s president of World Wide Studios, Shuhei Yoshida, recently spoke out on why they never published the dungeon crawler outside of Japan. Speaking to Game Informer, Yoshida says that the main reason why Sony skipped out on Demon’s Souls was partly due to the differences between international and Japanese development....

South Park returned with a bang for its 24th season on Wednesday night when they aired their highly promoted “Pandemic Special”, which managed to pull in numbers not seen by the show in a long time. 7 years, to be exact. As shown in the promotional trailer for the episode, Trey Parker and Matt Stone were eager to put their creative minds to work on the silver platter full of source material that has been 2020, and it’s safe to say the hour long special delivered....

After waiting over 20 years, we are finally getting a new Space Jam movie. The first trailer for Space Jam: A New Legacy was released on April 3, and we were blessed with the LeBron and Dwayne Wade dunk recreated with Lola Bunny. Within the last few years, Resident Evil has begun to make a tremendous comeback. Publisher and developer Capcom releases two new screenshots depicting the creepy atmospherics for its forthcoming survival-horror title Resident Evil 7. Following an announcement earlier this week that Resident Evil 7 will make good use of the PS4 Pro’s graphics, Capcom has decided to give fans an even clearer idea of what kind of spooky imagery will be on display once the title releases at the beginning of next year....
