A new trailer for the upcoming unique survival horror game Saturnalia has just been released with a release date now confirmed for next year. The newest game by developer Santa Ragione, Saturnalia has also been announced as an Epic Games Store exclusive title with other platforms yet to be announced by the developer. Saturnalia takes place in 1989 in the village of Gravoi where citizens are disappearing and an unnerving fog draws close....
It would appear that after a very tough year for Sega, the legendary company will be streamlining its operations, shutting down productions, and laying off employees. It has been a tough, tumultuous couple of weeks for video game developers all across the map. Zipper Interactive, the team that brought us SOCOM, MAG, and most recently Unit 13, saw its inevitable closure. Robert Bowling, without any preemptive indicators, parted ways with Activision and Infinity Ward....
I’ve played a few escape rooms with my friends since the COVID-19 pandemic began. Two stand out in my mind, each with different approaches. One scaled everything down, presenting hand-drawn pictures that the host would sift through on our behalf. It felt a lot like a D&D campaign, but without the player choice. The host roleplayed the “NPCs” but answers were multiple choice - this made the puzzles way too easy....
Marvel superhero movie Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is set to resume production later this month, sources have revealed. The movie is one of several major TV and film projects looking to get back to work after COVID-19 forced it to pause plans, with Netflix show The Witcher also looking to resume filming season two. Sources on the ground in Australia have revealed to Deadline that Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings could resume filming in the Oceanic country by the end of July....
During today’s Nintendo Direct Mini Partner showcase, Nintendo announced that Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne HD Remaster is coming to the Nintendo Switch. The title was unveiled as part of the final announcement of the Direct, immediately followed by a formal announcement of Shin Megami Tensei 5’s release window. Shin Megami Tensei 5 was actually originally announced way back in January of 2017, during the hybrid console’s unveiling showcase. The title has been a long time coming, so to not only have the game get an update as well as an HD Remaster of one of the series’s past games is surely to please fans of the franchise....

Part of what makes Skyrim so beloved is that it’s a game that lets players become the Dragonborn and take on a variety of missions to live the life they’ve always wanted. You can become the hero the people need and deserve, or indulge in the darker side of life. During a recent round table discussion, Resident Evil 2 developers got together and discussed some of the scrapped concepts they had for the highly-reviewed remake. These ideas include, but are not limited to, a fixed camera, new enemies, new enemy designs, and extended sequences. Beyond a fixed-camera perspective similar to the original 1998 release, Capcom also toyed with a first-person mode for Resident Evil 2. It seems that the developers ultimately decided against it, and went with the over-the-shoulder camera in the end....

Apex Legends’ sixth season may have brought with it a new character, a new mechanic, major map changes, and a whole host more, but it also unfortunately brought a bunch of glitches and bugs with it too. Some of these issues, specifically ones related to the new character, Rampart, have thankfully been dealt with, but players are still dealing with a minor yet relatively annoying one. The bug in question appears to only be affecting a certain type of weapon....
