Microsoft has now confirmed the price and release date of both of its upcoming next-generation consoles, the Xbox Series X and the Xbox Series S. Slay the Spire combines the addictive elements of a roguelike with the strategy of a deckbuilding game, encouraging players to experiment with new decks to best the game’s various Acts. With four characters to play, each with their own unique quirks and playstyles, it’s easy to lose hundreds of hours in Slay the Spire. It’s also fairly easy to get overwhelmed as a newer player. Finding out which decks are powerful is tough in a game that ultimately boils down to chance....
One of 2018’s highly anticipated games, Insomniac Games’ Spider-Man, is releasing next week. The game went gold in July, and now Sony has unveiled details into the game’s post release content. If you pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition, you would have noticed the “City That Never Sleeps” DLC. Now, on the PlayStation Blog, Sony has revealed more specifics on this DLC, such as when each chapter releases. According to Sony, chapter one of The City That Never Sleeps is titled “The Heist,” and will release on October 23rd....

Amid protests across the nation after the death of George Floyd, brands and companies across the board have been pledging their solidarity and support to organizations dedicated to social change and justice. For Square Enix, the main organization they’ll be backing is Black Lives Matter, a major organization that champions an end to violence and oppression toward the black community around the world....
