Popular free-to-play title Rocket League is revealing a new way for players to get items in their inventory. Beginning today, players will purchase new item packs in the form of bundles, which feature cars, wheels, trails, and more. Released in 2015, Rocket League has steadily grown in popularity, enough so that Fortnite creator Epic Games bought its developer Psyonix two years ago. Similar to Fortnite, Epic adapted a season pass in addition to making the game free for everyone....

Rocket League is celebrating Women’s History Month in a big way, giving all players some free gear and launching a new tournament – Rocket League Goals For Change. As of today, you can pick up the new Moonpaw Wheels for free in the Item Shop. These were created by Psyonix Prop Artist, Lindsey, and will be free to claim through the weekend. Their design features a wolf howling at the moon, with paw prints around the tread of the tires....

The Arkham games are widely regarded as some of the absolute best superhero games ever created (even if Arkham Knight and its Batmobile were a little wonky). For a while, one rumor initially presented on ResetEra had many believing that Rocksteady’s next game would be revealed at E3 2019. That rumor has now been quashed, as Rocksteady’s Sefton Hill confirmed the company will not be presenting anything at E3 2019. Inspired Machinations founder Luke Cosgrove recently launched a Kickstarter adventure to fund RPG Cinematic, a computer program being designed to turn your TTRPG worldbuilding ideas into detailed and immersive 3D reality. RPG Cinematic’s funding goal is a lofty $170,729, and as of this writing has garnered 141 backers with 19 remaining. RPG Cinematic is both an ambitious and, if fully funded, potentially incredible worldbuilding tool for TTRPG designers. As it stands right now, the standard methods TRPG designers have to bring their worlds to life involve theater of the mind play, playing with physical tabletop products, or playing with virtual tabletop products....

Ever since it appeared on a ratings board last year, rumors have been swirling that Activision is preparing to release a remaster of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 campaign with no multiplayer component. This has confused many, as the Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer was hugely popular back in the day, but if a new leak is to be believed, fans will still get access to the multiplayer maps at least....

Apple has never been the type of company to shy away from a fight, and the latest rumors surrounding the possible release of the iPad Mini claim they’re ready to take on their competitors with renewed intensity. The 7" iPad apparently won’t just be coming to stores as soon as October, but will be priced at just $200. The rumors come courtesy of iMore, who claims to have sources close to development on both the release date and price point....

Over the past few years, rumors and speculations concerning the possibility of Bully 2 have come and gone. Ever since the release of the first Bully game back in 2006, fans of Rockstar’s action-adventure title have been wondering whether a sequel will ever see the light of day. In the past, rumors began circulating that Bully 2 will commence development as soon as Red Dead Redemption 2 is completed. However, it has been four months since Rockstar’s western was released to critical acclaim, but there is still no official confirmation on whether Bully 2 will be Rockstar’s next project....

Green Lantern could have been the Iron Man of Warner Bros’ DC Extended Universe—at least for a timeline in which the underperforming 2011 comic book movie starring Ryan Reynolds hadn’t become a punchline to a generation of genre jokesters, most notably Reynolds himself. When Rare announced that a free update to its first-party Microsoft title Sea of Thieves would be adding cats as potential traveling companions in fancy pirate attire, feline fans rejoiced at the opportunity to see the animals involved in their swashbuckling adventures. However, what many players did not realize until recently was that those cats did not just use canned sound effects. Rare revealed via Twitter that two real cats belonging to the development studio’s Composer and Music Director Robin Beanland actually voiced these new animals added into Sea of Thieves....

The Sega Dreamcast made its Japanese debut just in time for Christmas 1998. It would take until September of 1999 for the console to reach North America, where fans welcomed it after roughly three years with the weakening PlayStation and the chunky Nintendo 64. One of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice’s most exciting features is the Shinobi Prosthetic, a replacement arm for Sekiro’s protagonist. The arm can be switched out, with each arm offering a unique range of abilities and upgrades. Some of these Shinobi Prosthetics will be earned by the player just through progressing naturally through the game. Others, in true Dark Souls fashion, can be missed with relative ease. The Firecracker Shinobi Prosthetic is one example of an arm that can be missed, but is an especially important item to acquire....

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice already does a good job of balancing entertaining combat gameplay with its story. It has difficult boss battles and enemy encounters, as well as a narrative that offers four different endings that require multiple playthroughs. However, its creator wants to do more when it comes to video game narratives, and even make one emulating the style of Red Dead Redemption 2. Speaking at Reboot Develop in Dubrovnik, Croatia, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice creator and Dark Souls director Hidetaka Miyazaki revealed his normal process for making a game....

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice did a lot to shake up what people expected from a FromSoftware title. Despite fans being worried that Activision was publishing the game, those worries quickly disappeared as it was evident Sekiro kept the same level of quality expected from the prolific Japanese developer. It’s unclear if the game will ever get a sequel, but with Elden Ring nowhere to be seen plenty of players are hopping into the newest title from FromSoftware....

Well that didn’t take long! Less than a minute after the Shameless opening credits in the season’s second episode, Emmy Rossum is gratuitously naked in the shower. Must be making up for last week’s fully clothed premiere, I reckon. Still, it is going to take more than water to wash away Fiona’s problems this week. The show begins with reality coming back to Fi. She realizes gambling the family’s property tax money on promoting her first club gig may not have been the smartest of moves and she cannot sleep before jumping into that shower....

One of the biggest draws for the Elder Scrolls series (aside from the vast fantasy landscapes and timeless RPG mechanics) would have to be the races that players can choose to roleplay as. With standard races like the elves and various human races to the new takes on old classics like the Orcs, Khajiit, and Argonians, there is something for everyone to be found in the series. Each of these races is also assigned their own region of Tamriel, the main continent that the majority of the Elder Scrolls series takes place in....

Conjurable entities have been present in Skyrim since the very beginning, and there are lots of different mods that add even more to the game. However, there are already a great selection of Conjuration spells within Skyrim and enemies that players will encounter throughout the game that were born of Conjuration spells. The following enemies are some of the strongest that will stand in the Dragonborn’s way within Skyrim, and some of them have requirements before players can summon them....

Of all the Daedric Artifacts available in Skyrim, the Spellbreaker shield may be the one that is most worth the trouble to obtain. As the reward for the quest The Only Cure, Spellbreaker is unique in that it not only has a great armor rating for a Dwarven Shield, but it also casts a Ward spell when blocking, allowing it to negate the effects of spells and Shouts as well as blocking damage....

The wonderful thing about Skyrim is that the game created a unique playthrough for each of us, but at the same time we had so many shared experiences.
