The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DLC is finally coming to the PlayStation 3. Over a year after critics hailed its multiplatform release, over six months after Xbox 360 audiences fought (or became) vampires with Dawnguard and three after they furnished homes with Hearthfire, and over two months after Bethesda appeared at an impasse with downloadable content for Sony’s consoles (the two teaming up even seemed futile), it was announced by the studio today that Dragonborn, the third iteration of Skyrim DLC, will be available to PC and PlayStation 3 owners in early 2013....

A few new screenshots have been released for Arkane Studios’ forthcoming stealth actioner Dishonored. Rumors about a Silent Hill reboot have been swirling about for weeks now, and a recent post on 4Chan has now thrown two additional Konami franchises into the mix. In January, an anonymous 4Chan user claiming to be a Konami employee stated that Sony would like to purchase the Metal Gear, Silent Hill, and Castlevania franchises in order to create a series of PS5 exclusive titles. According to the post, Sony hopes to remake Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, the original games that launched the series over 20 years ago, with the help of Hideo Kojima....

About a couple of weeks ago, Bandai Namco Entertainment officially confirmed the return of Yoshimitsu to the roster of the forthcoming fighting game Soul Calibur 6, giving many fans hope that other favorites of theirs would be coming back as well. Now, the publisher and developer has revealed the inclusion of another popular character from the series, by releasing a new gameplay trailer featuring the nunchucks-wielding warrior, Maxi.
