Samira, Hecarim, and two other champions are set to receive nerfs in upcoming League of Legends patch 10.24, according to lead gameplay designer Mark “Scruffy” Yetter. The patch will also bring in a couple champion buffs, and many item updates. Patch 10.24 is expected to launch on November 25th. Starting in patch 10.24, Samira’s passive melee bonus will see a decrease from 10% base attack damage to 7.5%. Her dash range for immobilized enemies will also decrease from 800-1000 to 650-960....
