An ultra-rare Goku figurine just got became even more valuable an entire shipment was caught out in a bad storm that compromised the cargo. Customers were informed that the figures would be arriving late, or possibly not at all, depending on the severity of the damage. Kotaku reported today that a shipment of Ultra Instinct Sign Goku figures traveling from Japan was caught in a violent storm just northwest of Hawaii on November 30....

The report comes from a fairly credible source, although not one that’s officially related to Modern Warfare developer Infinity Ward or publisher Activision. Tabletop company Steamforged Games has officially announced Sonic: The Card Game, a new card game based on the Sonic the Hedgehog video game, will be released in September. To bring you up to speed on what the Sonic the Hedgehog card game entails, it allows two to six players to play as one of their favorite characters, between Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy Rose, Shadow and Blaze, and “race through new levels”, collecting Rings and dodging enemies and their attacks....

The upcoming Spider-Man game for PlayStation 4 took a center focus yesterday at the San Diego Comic-Con. A new story trailer was released, featuring Norman Osborn and the first appearance of Silver Sable. On top of that, Sony announced that the game will be getting a PS4 Pro Bundle, complete with a Spider-Man themed console and controller. Below is the story trailer. Although the original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 released in 2009, Russia still hasn’t forgotten about the controversial “No Russian” mission in that game, and as such, has made the decision to not release the remastered version of the game in the country. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered came out on March 31 for the PS4 (with a PC and Xbox release to follow in April), and brought the infamous mission back into the spotlight....
Before touching on this, it’s worth noting that a sequel to Marvel’s Spider-Man PS4 hasn’t received an official announcement yet. However, Insomniac has stated that it does have plans for more of Peter Parker’s Spider-Man in the future, so its basically just a waiting game at this point. Whether it’s the stellar reviews or the fact that the game sold 3 million copies within its first week, the Resident Evil 2 remake has had quite the successful launch. One could argue that its prosperity has been due to Capcom’s ability to maintain the tone of the original while re-contextualizing the gameplay for contemporary audiences with such features as enhanced graphics, new plot details, and an over-the-shoulder perspective. Respawn Entertainment has gone through a major transition in the past several years. After releasing Titanfall 2 in 2016, Respawn was acquired by Electronic Arts. Since then, Respawn refocused and has put out both Apex Legends and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Yet despite Respawn’s new direction, its original fanbase still has hope for more Titanfall. Today, co-founder and head of Respawn Vince Zampella had some bad news to share with those Titanfall fans....
A recent Eurogamer interview with Apex Legends game director Chad Grenier has provided some insight on the game’s future, as well as new map Olympus. The map, which is set to release in season 7, was based on an old Titanfall 3 concept. While Respawn wants to focus on Apex Legends for now, Grenier does tease possible expansions beyond just battle royale. While Grenier again confirms that nothing Titanfall-related is in the works right now, he does admit that Apex Legends has plenty of ties to the Titanfall series....
