The update for SMITE is live and adds the Japanese God of the Moon Tsukuyomi to the battle. Tsukuyomi was revealed in an epic trailer fighting with his sister Amaterasu. Sonic the Hedgehog, the hedgehog with a need for speed, made a cameo on the May 10 episode of the NBC variety show Saturday Night Live. Seems innocuous, right? It likely would’ve been had an artist on Twitter not recognized the art used in the show as their own. In the SNL skit “Dreams,” cast member Cecily Strong imagines being able to attend Sonic the Hedgehog: Musical. TailsChannel on Twitter shared the snippet on their account and the clip became widely circulated throughout the Sonic community....

NetherRealm’s Mortal Kombat 11 is now available worldwide except in Indonesia. While the majority of players are just getting their hands on the latest fighting game, Snoop Dogg, who is no stranger to the video game community, and a few of his friends were able to sneak a preview and stream a tournament of Mortal Kombat 11 a few hours before its release date. The Mortal Kombat tournament, which is entitled “Snoop Dogg’s Gangsta Gaming League,” is sponsored by the game’s publisher, Warner Bros....

In response to a wave of reports from players that Update 1.21 has inserted numerous game-breaking bugs into Red Dead Online, Rockstar Games created a Support page specifically to address the very long list of Red Dead Online glitches players observed. Hours away from Sunday night’s Bethesda @ E3 press conference, a prominent leaker has revealed what may be two big new IP announcements planned for the event. The two new games are titled Ghostwire Tokyo and Deathloop. Valve is rumored to be working on a new game using the Source 2 engine and is codenamed “Citadel.” So what do we have here? A fresh new bit of code to an as-yet-unannounced Valve game? Could it be Half-Life 3? Probably not, but there’s some evidence to show Valve is definitely up to something. The news comes from Tyler McVicker over at the Valve News Network.
